Tell me about yourself /Raccontami di te,

Roberto: I’m 60 Years old men warrior, I live in Florence, I love beauty and Art.

Rodolfo: Eclettico , ansioso, timido. Mi piace giocare a bocce.

What work do you do? /che lavoro fai?

Roberto: In this time I do artwoks: paintings, sculptures, bas reliefs, interior design.

Rodolfo: Arte applicata.

Who do you work with?/con chi lavori?

Roberto: Few different persons are working with me, my brother Rodolfo, my friend Romano Bacci, Sabrina Gaitan

photographer and filmmaker, also at the studio often students and artist from all over the world join us for a limited time.

Rodolfo: da sempre con mio fratello, da alcuni anni con persone che condividono la passione ed l’entusiasmo per il fare.

What is Florence like to you?/ cosa rappresenta Firenze per te?

Roberto: Florence is a luky town, the best person from all over the world were here before, arriving here now, and will be here in the future.

Rodolfo: la mia città.

What are you trying to say with your art?/ che cosa cerchi di dire con il tuo arte?

Roberto: The artist never tray to say something, the artist do art, the best artworks are able to say a lot to a lot of people.

Rodolfo: il meno possibile con coerenza.

How long have you been making art?/ da quanto tempo fai arte?

Roberto: All my life

Rodolfo: da quando lavoro. Mio padre mi diceva “impara l’arte e mettila d’parte…”

What inspires you? / che cosa ti ispira?

Roberto: my curiosity…

Rodolfo: il bello…

Where do you like to go to relax/ che cosa ti piace fare per rilassarti?

Roberto: I do taichi.

Rodolfo: io non mi rilasso quasi mai, ma quando lavoro mi sento rilassato.

What is your favorite place in the world?/qual’e il tuo posto favorito nel mondo?

Roberto: The houses where my friends invite me.

Rodolfo: non c’e un posto favorito, tutti posti sono belli per me.

What’s your greatest accomplishment? / Qual’è il tuo migliore successo?

Roberto: Do what I love, with the person that I Iove, in the place that I love.

Rodolfo: Ho due figli meravigliosi.

What’s the hardest thing about your work?/Qual’è la cosa più dura nel tuo lavoro?

Roberto: Take a time for wait

Rodolfo: la contingenza, la burocrazia.

When are you happiest? / Quando sei più felice?Roberto: Now here. Rodolfo: sempre.

What advice can you give to people new in art? / Che consiglio potresti dare a chi ancora è nuovo nel mondo dell’arte?

Roberto: Enjoy the emotion if you find artwoks able to give it to you

Rodolfo: di levarsi dalla testa d’inventare qualche cosa, guardare a chi e nato prima di loro.

Who’s your favorite artist?/Chi è il tuo artista favorito?

Roberto: Filippo Brunelleschi.

Rodolfo: non ce l’ho.

What’s your favorite piece of art?/ Qual è la tua opera d’arte preferita?
